According to PC Magazine, "Travelistic has a simple YouTube-like interface with over 5,800 user videos from around the world." They go on to say, "A variety of podcasts and videocasts that one can organize by interest and destination is available in Lonely Planet company's Travel Stories section."
Sure you can go hit your local bookstore or library but most books are out of date as soon as they go into print. The world of travel destinations is ever changing.
